Your First Session:
In your first session I will introduce you to hypnotherapy, explain what we are going to be doing together and how it will help you navigate through your life. I will send you a recording for you to listen to everyday.

How long until you stat seeing results?
It varies from person to person and why you have chosen to use hypnotherapy as a tool. Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss can take up to 3 sessions. More complex conditions like anxiety, or low confidence may take up to 12 weeks. Very few people need to continue past 12 weeks.
